Daniel Coshnear lives in Guerneville, California works at a group home for the homeless and mentally ill, and teaches writing at UC Berkeley Extension, and in other north bay facilities. He is author of Jobs & Other Preoccupations(Helicon Nine 2001) winner of the Willa Cather Fiction Award and Occupy & Other Love Stories (Kelly’s Cove Press 2012) and winner of the Novella Prize for Homesick, Redux (Flock 2015) He is the recipient of a Missouri Review Editor’s Prize and a Christopher Isherwood Foundation Fellowship. Originally from Sacramento, p joshua laskey considers himself a Texiforkerisiaínoleondoner—which means he misses all seven other far-flung cities he’s called home. He’s proudly performed as an actor for Stories on Stage Davis and was honored to be named a Board Member Emeritus of the organization after a stint pitching in at events. He is Associate World Literature Editor for The Literary Review and Artistic Director of both Stories on Stage Sacramento and Theater Galatea. His published work includes original, adapted, and translated plays as well as original and self-translated short stories, flash fiction, and poetry.
