reina-cruzReina Cruz is a writer and teacher from California. She is the writer of the Daughter of Isis series and other short works of weird fiction. Besides writing, Reina enjoys yoga and spending time with her loved ones. She lives with her husband, daughter, and two cats in the Bay Area.

 

kelley-ogdenKelly Ogden will read “If a Tree Fell,” by Reina Cruz. Kelley is an actress, director and producer who has performed locally with Capital Stage, Davis Shakespeare Festival, Main Street Theater Works, Falcons Eye Theatre, Celebration Arts, Sacramento Shakespeare Festival, and Theater Galatea among others. She also co-founded KOLT Run Creations, an award-winning experimental theater company, with her wife, local director Lisa Thew. Kelley has a BFA in Performance from The Theatre School at DePaul University, and spent her youth working with companies all over the country, including Steppenwolf Theater in Chicago and Stages Repertory in Houston. Currently, Kelley works primarily behind the mic as voice talent for short films and podcasts. She loves gardening, baking, baseball, the WNBA, and reading for Stories on Stage!

 

nika-teshinNika Teshin is an author and librarian in Davis, California, where they live with their partner and two cats, Clunk and Dunker. When they aren’t writing they can be found hiking, sewing, weaving, or pickling. Their work has previously been published in Aberration Labyrinth, Creepy Podcast, and as a guest author on the Patreon, Burns After Reading.

 

Analise Langford-ClarkAnalise Langford-Clark will read “Dear Tempy,” by Nika Teshin. Analise has been involved in community theatre in the Sacramento Area for the last 20 years.  Some of her favorite roles include Janet van de Graff in The Drowsy Chaperone with Fair Oaks Theatre Festival, Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream at American River College, and Marie-Therese in Adoration of Dora with Kolt Run Creations. She is a survivor of Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and she and her father help raise money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where she was lucky enough to have been treated.  While her first love is theatre, she is an avid reader and is thrilled to get to participate in this program!
